Leading with Hope
Through Dr. Ashley’s Impact Hope trainings, she works with organizations to give caregivers and professionals working with vulnerable children and families an understanding of the Science of Hope and practical ways to build and sustain hope. Dr. Ashley offers trainings on the following topics:
- Impact Hope: An Introduction to Hope
- Leading with Hope: Creating a culture of hope in your organization
- This training may include a Hope Assessment on organizational leaders and staff
- Supporting BIPOC children and families
- Creating a work-life rhythm, and accomplishing career goals
- Goal setting using the Hope Theory
